MY BUILD project managed a very complete renovation with part re-build and conversion of an existingg semi-D property. They started in July 2016 and completed for February 2017. Throughout the process they kept on target, helped me with the decision-making by patiently explaining building regs and processes to me, and brought in reliable and trustworthy contractors to complete each stage of the build. They were always available to me if I had concerns or worries about the project and they worked hard to ensure we kept to budget. The quality of work was excellent and the follow-up afterwards cannot be faulted ie their attention to our snag list and subsequent questions or minor details that we wanted altering after we moved in. They are very trustworthy and skilled; exactly the kind of people I wanted to manage this major project and to basically entrust with my life savings!
